She's really cute, ne? I finally brought out my flash unit after I saw the first couple of dark photos I took of her. This Japanese promotional girl was really cute. Thanks 5zigen for bring her along! Wonder if they're planning on attending the SpoCom show in Long Beach next month.
Yea, oh yea, the ad. Check out the branding on her skin tight costume. Nice isn't it? After a few days laying in my computer, and coming back to it... guess what? I know who she was representing! Man, what a concept!
The ultra wide lens makes her look longer... she looks hotter in person.
Don't forget tomorrow is Lux5 day in Santa Monica! Tons of hot models on the catwalk. Slick exotic cars. Yea, its going to be fun, and it's in freaking Santa Monica so it's pretty close to everybody!

Mad conspiracies, KFC and Colonel Sanders
Man, when was the last time you saw a statue of Colonel Sanders at your local KFC? Rarely for me. All I see is his image plastered on the wall or a poster at the local Kentucky Fried Chicken. Although since it's been bought out by Pepsi, for some reason they changed it to KFC. I liked the old name better man, at least it actually said "chicken" in the name instead of this mysterious KFC branding.
This really old southern dude with his hands sticking out like he was going to shake your hands. That's the old guy I think about when I see a KFC. Now they got these cartoony commercials of the Colonel, which has its charms but man. After thinking about it, it's pretty much disrespectful to the dead founder. The "man"... has been made into this smiling nimble guy with a cane ready to sell these chickens as he smiles with family friendly acting. I'm getting really sick of it already. What next, a Samurai themed Colonel? uhhhh..... OK.
That's the thing, it feels like a corporate shill made by the PR department. That cartoon is funny at first, but I'd like to see the old Colonel back. Yea, get this. Pepsico has billions, why not resurrect the old Colonel by using regenerative skin cells from one of his surviving relatives injected with one of his DNA taken from his grave, voila! Put the two in a vat, and you get a clone! Like bloody Dolly the sheep. Brilliant idea.
It would be similar to what Disney did to Walt Disney. You know he's out there somewhere. Planning on building another theme park with his servant Elvis Presley. The King... man, with Priscilla Presley looking the way she does, her face kinda looks plasticky, errrr.... I'd stay hidden from view too, yea?
Sic! Sic! Sic!
Who's the Last Samurai? Who's going to save the little brown folks from their savagery? The Coronel that's who! Hooora!
Oh hell no! The Colonel is a cross dresser? Ah shaz, what the hell are the Japanese doing to the old man? It's bloody hell abuse I tell you!.... You like being cute don't you Colonel? You like the frilly stuff, huh?
Thanks to Dannychoo.com for the lead on the pictures!
Bomex knows how to do ads!
Bomex, the guys that make body kits always has cute girls at their booths. That didn't change at the Toyota Fest in Long Beach, where they had one cute Japanese promotional model. But - but - they usually have more than one, which kinda sucked.
But check out how she is holding the Bomex pamphlet. It's directly in front of the camera! Above the pamphlet is Bomex printed on her dress, and what a very nice dress it is my dear, as I try to stare at those very pretty eyes you have. And then "I'll huff and I'll puff till I blow your blouse....
"Not by the hair of my chinny chin chin" said the pigs. - Yup...
This is what I've seen in Japan at the Fukuoka Auto Salon, with Japanese promotional models not only looking man oh bloody suckable hot but posing with their groups brand right in front of the camera. Unlike the import models in California.
What's this rant about? Just feel that if the models actually started advertising their groups names, products, etc... that there will be a lot more of them!

SpoCom show in Long Beach get your tickets here!
Hey, you in the trench coat playing with yourself. I'm talking to you. shhhh, be quiet. Come look at this here, prime stuff, buddy. Remember this from last year?
Well, it's back next month, save that $15 bucks for that online ticket + that $2 dollars convenience fee, but at least this time you get something free out of it - "with your online ticket purchase you choose to get a FREE one year subscription to one of these magazines, Super Street, Modified Magazine, Import Tuner, Euro Tuner, Turbo Magazine, or Performance Auto and Sound."
So that $2 bucks is negligible. Last years event went pretty well, the lines weren't bad, and it was a good first show. Ah the lines, hopefully the logistics crew will be better than the HIN - Hot Import Nights logistics with their nightmare lines snaking around the convention center.
Hey, the models and the fashion show. Sweet. They let you take their pictures... and guess what? It's fun!
See this here - an official press release. It's the real thing buddy.
SpoCom’s Premier Sport Compact Automotive Trade Event is coming to the Long Beach Convention Center in California on June 22nd, 2008 from 11am-6pm. SpoCom will feature over 75 of the industry’s top manufacturers like Nitto, AEM, HKS, Eibach, Rotora, PIAA and more. SpoCom is a Trade Event OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! That is right it is OPEN TO THE PUBLIC! You get direct access to all of the brands that typically only show at trade events like SEMA.
SpoCom will keep you entertained all day with a world class car show competition featuring 250 of the best prescreened vehicles on the plant. All judged by an all industry panel. We also have a fashion show, professionally judged urban dance contest, tons of import models, and much more. This is the one show you do not want to miss! For more information on competitor registration or to purchase tickets visit us at www.SpoComUsa.com
Not only that but with your online ticket purchase you choose to get a FREE one year subscription to one of these magazines, Super Street, Modified Magazine, Import Tuner, Euro Tuner, Turbo Magazine, or Performance Auto and Sound. What more could you possible ask for?
Visit www.SpoComUsa.com and order your tickets today!
You know at that new event in Long Beach - SpoCom. They had free NOS and stuff... ya know? Free drunks...drinks! Of course, the NOS girls handing out the fizz were hot.
... and KT So was hot... and KT So was hot... and KT So was hot. Times 3! Lick!
Hopefully the Uber guys will bring the SAME MODELS from last year. Would these jeans be considered ultra low rise jeans? Who the hell cares!?@#?!?@#~! See my jaws on the floor oozing drool? Yup - Yup - Yup. Just a little bit lower... lower... lower...
Yea, plus guys breaking...
... and the DJ's grinding.
The reason why most of you go to SpoCom is for the imports, and there was tons of that. I should have taken more pictures of the cars, eh? I'll try to come early this year and start with the car show before starting on the import models... hopefully, but it's so... hard.

More rims at the Toyota Fest in Long Beach!
Tons of rims all over the show. The day was nice, I was wearing my shorts. No worries, and I was thinking of... Spinal Tap for some reason. Man I loved Spinal Tap.
"Stonehenge! Where the demons dwell!"...
and out comes an 18" stone...hahahaha.
Dancing around it are these... little people I think is the correct term nowadays instead of saying midgets. I have to buy this movie again, I lent my copy to a friend and he disappeared, the bastard took my DVD with him.
Using the ultra wide lens, it made them blow up. There's a punch to them. Pretty sweet. Fiveaxis Design had a heavy presence at the show. Below are some photos I took. The cars were even sweeter.

May 3 Toyota Fest Event Photo Album Created!
The Toyota Fest in Long Beach today was pretty cool. Unlike the HIN - Hot Import Nights show in downtown Los Angeles on March of this year, where I took a majority of hot import model pictures - this time, a big chunk of the photos I took at the Toyota Fest were cars! Used my ultra wide lens and see for yourself the pictures I took with it. There's a punch to them... and a bit of deformed images - you'll notice it when you see some cars bending unnaturally or long faced import models, but they're hot! The photos I took of the import models were super cute!
The day was hot, the drive to the show was a breeze, the highway was almost empty, and the parking was free! Free parking dude! I'm going next year! Some guys at a Toyota sponsored Internet forum called Heya Project were giving out free ice cream - even sweeter! Got one before they ran out - sweetness! Took a pamphlet, it's in my bag somewhere, should I even read it? Other than the free ice cream, do I really care....? No. Thanks for the free ice cream dudes!
Enjoy the Toyota Fest Event Picture album, there's about 17 pages.
Next weekend is the Lux5 show in Santa Monica. The pendulum is going to swing back to a majorit
